“I was in an accident during this COVID epidemic. For sure I thought this would be a nightmare. The tow driver from Craig’s showed up his name was John. After checking on all parties he came over to talk to me. He made me feel relaxed and comfortable , so I let him tow my car to the shop. Once there Liz, helped me call my insurance company , and the company that struck me. Craig’s was able to get the other carrier to pick up the claim. In an hour I was in a rental at no expense to me and no deductible , thank the lord because mine is $1,000. dollars. In two days Dan , had an estimate and two and a half weeks later my car was back and looking good as ever. I know not everything goes this smooth , but very one at Craig’s made it as easy as possible. I will recommend everybody I know there. Thanks guys you’re awesome”

“My car was parked when hit & only had a bumper to fix once I got it in to Craig’s Collision they had my car ready within a week!! Picking up the car it looked as if it was brand new!!! Definitely recommend.”

“Helped me out of a mess. I was hit by a driver on a work trip. One of their guys set up towing my truck and drove me to the shop and set up a rental vehicle. Fixed the truck like new and even washed and detailed. These guys are customer oriented.”

“The folks at Craig’s Collision center provided outstanding service when I got into a car accident in NE Philly. They were on site immediately after the crash, before I’d even gathered myself enough to call my insurance. Conan was especially kind and gracious, which I really appreciated since I was so shaken at the time. A few days later when I went to pick up my license plates, the owner (I forgot his name) helped me detach the plates from the car. They were very responsive in working with my insurance company throughout.

Craig’s Collision Center was a godsend during a really terrible time. I hope you never need a towing service; but if you do, these are the guys you want.”

“Excellent facility. The original accident part sucked as I was hit in my 2017 Lexus and I wasn't happy however, from the tow to the shop, loaner car set up, deductible help along with a really seamless repair, Craig's made it all okay. Thumbs up all the way around. I hope I don't need them again but IF I do I have their number locked in.”

“I had my first car accident on Wednesday 8/22/18. I am not sure how this whole process goes.

I am leaving 1 out of 2 reviews.

This 1st review is based on the towing and thr customer service I received, once I get my vehicle back from the collision center after being repaired, I will then post my 2nd review on how my vehicle looks and drives after the accident.

The two men that showed up to tow my vehicle where very nice and caring, they asked if both parties of the accident where okay, they gave us a card with the info of where my vehicle will be. I call the next day to ask a few general questions in regards to the process, and what this company actuality does in a case of an accident and the repair process, they answered all my questions and concerns I had.

My main concern was if their were any damages under the hood due to the accident, if the shop would repairs them. I was told they DO, which gave me comfort. Since my brother knows how to repair vehicle, he also knows how some of the collision centers like to scam the ins company by fixing only the noticeable parts, but not all the other items that need repair. So of course I had to call and ask if everything would be repaired, and no issues would appear after the repairs are completed. And I was TOLD NO, THAT EVERYTHING WOULD BE AS GOOD AS NEW.

So as of now, I can only leave a review based on my towing exprencse and the customer service department. They where great and very helpful. Once my vehicle is done and I have test drive the vehicle around and get a feel of how it runs . I will then leave my 2nd part of my review.

This is my 2nd part of my review 9/28/18
I just picked up my car after my van was in the shop due at an accident. And I am super pleased with the results. My brother who is a macanic went with me and he can confirm that this company did a great job with the repairs. Th e staff was very nice and pleasant and I would recommend Any one that needs a repair after an accident, to go to Craig's collision center. They are worth the 5 stars.”

“I met into an accident last month my car had to be towed. Luckily Gary was on his way home he stopped tried to change my tire then realized that I won't be able to drive it. So I give him to go ahead to take it. I spoke with my insurance company they wanted me to move it and put it in one of their shop I told them no because I'm not going to pay for it to be moved. I must say the repairs take a little bit of time to get done but it's worth the wait. If I ever run into any difficulties with repairs and painting im definitely coming back....Gary I want to say a major thank you. Your guys are amazing. Highly recommend”

“Yesterday morning I got into a car accident. My first actual accident. I’ve been calling him “tow guy” because I am the absolute worst at names, you can tell me a million times and I’ll forget. Well, ‘tow guy’, was amazing. He was kind and did everything he could to help me stay calm. I’m not sure if he even knew that I was freaking out or not but still. I really had to pee (damn coffee) and he offered to drive me somewhere. I ended up just deciding to walk to the McDonalds but he watches my stuff so I didn’t have to lug it along with me. It took the cops more than an hour to show up, we talked for a bit, he answered my questions and all that mess. Cops finally arrived, he did what he needed to do with my poor car. During this whole mess I was having a hard time getting ahold of my boyfriend. My way home. I eventually got ahold of my boyfriend but we live about a half an hour away soooo, yeah. After everyone else left the scene my boyfriend still hadn’t arrived to come pick me up. ‘Tow guy’ not only offered to stay with me, he stayed even though I told him it was fine and I don’t mind waiting alone. Well he and a few other guys waited with me. When my boyfriend arrived and we were leaving he told my boyfriend to make sure I went to the hospital to get checked out. ‘Tow guy’, whatever your name is, thank you. You made a stressful morning easier and threw a few laughs in there. Also, I did end up being dragged to the hospital. I’m fine thankfully, got some muscle relaxers and anti inflammatories”

“Unfortunately I was involved in a wreck about a month ago with a septa bus while visiting friends in south Philadelphia. The bus took out the entire side of my brand new Ford Explorer that I bought in June. At that point my first thought was to take it to the dealer. Upon recommendation from a friend that was in a wrecker earlier in the summer I called Dan at Craig's to come get it. While loading the car Dan explained to me the entire claims process and I was sold on using his family's shop. I rode shotgun with him to the shop in probably the cleanest truck I've ever seen. The shop is in the northeast so it was closer to me anyway. When I arrived I was greeted by Ashely, Elizabeth, and Jerry. I was very impressed by how the shop is entirely family ran, very rare these days. Setting up the claim was a breeze with Ashely and Elizabeth guiding me. They called enterprise to take me to the local office and I was on my way, great! It's been a month now and I just picked up my car and it looks amazing! I requested to see my old parts (doors and fenders), Jerry was happy to show me what was replaced and receipts for factory parts. I've never had such and honest experience dealing with a mechanic or anything car related. After being explained how the repair process went I can understand how it took a month. The Craigs crew are true craftsmen and I can't thank them enough! No way would I have gotten that kind of service at a dealer! Even better Jerry and Dan both gave me their cell numbers in case I have any issues in the future. What service!”

“Great experience with Craig's Collision Center, despite my unfortunate situation of being in a car accident. Teddy and Greg helped me out very professionally and courteously, while it was pouring rain, taking me back to the office where I could get wait for someone to pick me up without being rained on. Ashley helped me contact my insurance company to make a claim. Definitely recommend this place!”

“People generally only write reviews when they are angry, so I wanted to take a second to give kudo's to Craigs for the great job they did on my vehicle. I was hit head on in Jan 2016 and my car was undrivable I had never been in an accident before and I didn't know what to expect. A slew of tow trucks showed up, it was very confusing and I of course was shaken up. I ultimately chose Craig's because the gentleman was very courteous and helpful, but I was nervous because I always research a facility before I hire them and I had never heard of Craig's.

Well, they did a great job on my car. It looks and drives like new. The office staff, Lucille and Ashley, were great to deal with.

I would recommend them to a friend and I would definitely take another of my vehicles to them.”

“On January 2nd I was involved in a major collision when a tractor trailer rear ended my 2013 Ford F-150. Luckily neither myself nor the truck driver were injured. A driver from Craig's happened to be pumping gas at the Wawa at the intersection of Tyson and the Blvd where the accident occurred. He immediately came over and offered first aid and phoned the authorities. After the police came I phoned my insurance company (Erie) and mentioned Craig's. The person handling my claim said Erie does not have a contract with Craig's but they are on their list of reputable independent shops in the area. After that recommendation and the gentleman from Craig's kind and courteous service I went with them. Wow I just picked up my truck today and boy did they go beyond the call of duty for me. After the accident they arranged a rental truck for me and handled everything from there. I received updates every 3-5 days on the status of my truck. The job was not small the total damage came out to $13,567. 27 days later they were actually ahead of schedule by 2 days! The repairs were flawless so far but I will update. Jerry the owner even stayed an hour late for me to pick up my truck at 6:30 (they close at 5:30). I would like to thank Jerry, Ashley, Lucille, the tow guy who's name I can't recall, and the rest of the team at Craig's for doing everything possible to make the process as easy as possible, you are true craftsmen! Seeing a few negative reviews seemed worrisome but as a small business owner myself I know no one is perfect and I truly believe that if I had a problem Jerry would make sure it would be corrected.”
